Wand runs a bullpen: two agencies plus a managed group of freelancers, roughly 60 new creatives a month. Meta is the primary testing platform, winners get promoted to Reddit, and conversion is counted at first authentication in the PC app. SelfMade plugs into that bullpen as one more source, with a tagging and time series layer underneath every ad, month to month, no lock-in.

We pulled Wand Gaming's live Meta library after the call: 107 active US ads. Then we tagged every headline by angle and measured saturation. Two angles are carrying most of the library. Four angles with real evidence behind them are not in it at all. The 14 spec ads on the work tab target exactly those four.
Dillon's own words from July 20, and how the engagement is built around each one.
The bullpen philosophy is the right one, and we are built for it. SelfMade plugs in as one more source alongside the two agencies and the freelancers, month to month, no lock-in. If our concepts stop earning their slot in the account, we lose the slot. That is the deal we want.
The tagging engine already exists. Every ad Wand has ever run gets tagged with persona, sub-persona, angle, emotion, format, and product, then read as a time series so lost learnings surface instead of evaporating. Clients get the dashboard, and most send it to their other agencies so the whole bullpen works off the same picture.
That is what the weekly 60/20/20 discipline is for: 60 percent building on what is working, 20 percent reskinning proven winners into new formats, 20 percent testing net-new personas. Testing feeds scaling on purpose instead of by accident, and the account never leans on one audience.
That level of thinking is the product. Briefs land Monday with the persona, the angle, the hypothesis, and whether the slot is iterative, a reskin, or net new. You review by Wednesday. Assets land Friday. Bi-weekly calls walk the performance data, not vibes.
Three inputs feed every brief. None of them are opinions.
We ingest the account since inception and tag each ad by persona, sub-persona, angle, emotion, format, and product. Then we read it over time: which angles carried, which quietly stopped getting made, which winners were abandoned without a reason. Recovered learnings become the first briefs.
Your library versus the category: where Wand over-indexes, where it under-indexes, and which personas and angles competitors run that you have never tested. The July 20 pull above is the starter version. The full version runs at kickoff and re-runs quarterly so the map never goes stale.
App reviews, Facebook ad comments, and the subreddits Dillon named as home turf. We mine what players say in their own words, extract the beliefs they already hold, and write ads from that language. The four persona dossiers behind the spec slate were built this way, from live gaming communities.
Slide to the monthly ad spend you want SelfMade creating against. The back of the envelope from the call: roughly a thousand dollars of spend per net-new concept. At $100K on Meta, 60 creatives a month across all sources is undercreating. The tiers are sized to close that gap.
Persona-tuned LPs against winning concepts. Recent comp: roughly 30% CAC reduction from the layer alone.
Flat $2,000/mo under $30K spend, or 7% of spend at $30K and up. Ad budget always runs from your own account.
We will walk the dashboard on your own account data, lock the first month's slate, and set the start date. Spec ads are done, gaming examples are on the portfolio tab, and the pricing above is the pricing.
